RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Koreamart AU, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-food items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Chilled or frozen products
  • Perishable food items
  • Opened food or drinks
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
